14366 has been released to Slow Ring. It has been policy for MS to release .ISO's when Build is released to Slow Ring.

 

Could you share the ESD url? thanks

 

Some reason, neither of both VMs I've had installed for a good while, and upgraded over multiple builds, will see any new builds today at all
