I know. Just funny. First time I see this so let's see for the next versions if it will be fixed or not.
Anyone on this build that's using Samsung Magician / 850 Evo? Windows 10 doesn't seem to recognize it being connected to AHCI even though it's connected to AHCI. Any fix to this?
I have an 850 pro connected with AHCI and Magician says AHCI mode is on. Are you using intel rapid storage or MS' driver?
I had such problem on my Laptop. Solved by switch off WiFi and used Ethernet/LAN connection only! I was the 3. time with upgrade problem of Windows 10, and all times it was the WiFi!
I just started taking ownership and moving them to a folder in documents, one day when I can be bothered, I`ll remove that folder lol
Seriously, taking ownership on Safe Mode and deleting that old Windows folder always works. I have tried it on so many systems with 100% success.
No it doesn't because you have no idea what you're talking about, as usual And we've already had a huge long thread about this
Mine are always "in use by Windows", but after taking ownership > permissions etc, you can move them, rename them, anything at all, apart from delete
No safe mode needed. The correct permissions are ally you need to delete that folder, unless you're facing some corner cases of with a messed FS or hardlinks
Thanks for response but I am on desktop with no wifi just lan connections. Even tried to uninstall eternet/lan drivers and still no go.
That's correct. In a situation where it refuses to be deleted that is when it is necessary to take to the Safe-mode method.
