Yes that will work too The reason I said default first was to see maybe if some of his tweaking may have caused slow down, if default was faster, then we would move to optimal
To disable Taskbar transparency open settings app -> Personalization -> Colors -> Make Start, taskbar, and action center transparent
i had forgotten about that tool....thats been around for like 15 years. but today if u have over 20 MB u would figure that tool is no longer needed. i remember that tool worked great when DSL first came out and the tool would removed the OS restriction on the TCP IP settings.
The tool has improved with age and OS's, but if you download at 20MB, mine does sometimes, but if you get that now, you don't need.
Normally yes but it won't take your apps with over to the upgrade because of language but with en-us > en-gb it could be possible (you can simply try, it will state what is leaves before beginning the process. My question is why going from en-US to en-GB?
Does not work at all. In fact, enabling that option makes the taskbar less transparent than when that option is disabled (set to Off)... Weird, eh? Is there maybe a generic Windows 10 Aero remover?
Yes, you can. First install the en-gb MUI. Then change HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\Language\InstallLanguage from 409 to the en-gb number Then reboot and upgrade with the en-gb iso Then, if you want, install the en-us mui Then, if you want, change the number back 409 Then, if you want, reboot and uninstall the en-gb mui.
The issue is with connection. As I said before it is a national issue. It gets to the minimum speed level when doing other things while updating Windows 10 at the background. The RAM size is okay.
i agree if u have 8 gig of ram and up u can run as many apps as u like. connection issues is a total different issue from your computer...remember if u pay lets say for 20 mb is only 20 mb the last 50 yards from the fiber optic switch box thats outside to your home.
