Then it will be released to insiders around mid july and end of july/begin august for the general public and then the zdp will be released
The point is to test a stable build, giving it to the insiders, to sign and two weeks before release to send to the installers of the system and OEM manufacturers. And then to lay out in public access on August 2.
As I said, I was mainly helping in other places. And I am playing a bit less nowadays, however (and please don't criticize me for this) if a build is stable enough for me (and granted I have the time to install it), I run it as my daily driver. However, I do not want to start an argument. I posted a request, if people wish to fulfill it, it's their choice, if not, it's also their choice. However thank you in any case, and yes, I am grateful, since this lifestyle isn't for everyone, so it's best there be a warning for others.
Why are all of you forgetting the 2016 Microsoft Worldwide Partners Conference July 10-14 Toronto, Ca. Most of Microsoft will be there including Dona Head of the Insider Program.
I didn't know about it, but that sounds like the time to release it to the insiders (14-15th), isn't it?
by the beginning of the conference should be signed on the final build. it the conference will feature the final build AU.
10240 build was leaked ~ 2 weeks ahead of general release. What about isos for 10586 build? Someone remember?
10240 wasn't leaked. It was given out to people in the Insider Program on 15 July. The General Public got it on 29 July.
The same will happen with 1607. They will release it to Insiders first. I think I even saw this info in the official Windows blog (but I can be wrong).
