Is it possible for a Modern app to crash Win32 ones? I swear this is happening with Feedback Hub. I thought it was coincidence at first, but a small though troubling percentage of the time that I run it, fairly soon after one of Firefox, Opera, Foxit Reader, etc tells me that it has crashed. Once, two of them died within seconds of each other. No trace is left behind in the application log like with a normal application error. I've taken not to running it now to avoid this.
The only time I've seen a uwp app affect a normal program is Edge + mpc-hc. Moving the window or tab around will trigger the play/pause command in mpc for some reason. Never seen it crash another program though. Tried the usual sfc? You can also repair apps in Settings under apps & features.
