    Does anyone know what the "CDPUserSvc_23b9a" service is? it starts automatically and the description says "<Failed to Read Description. Error Code: 15100>". Also, this service and the "Sync Host_23b9a" service cannot be changed from their default startup type, it says the parameter is incorrect.

    I don't install spywares like that on my PCs, but looks like MS messed again with borders and paddings.

    Good browsers like Vivaldi are slightly affected as well, (the maximized windows becomes off screen by few pixels).
