Just take the en_us or en-gb and add the it_it language pack, either during the mandatory cleanup with MSMG or in the post install phase. Using the national version has only disadvantages, you have to wait each time, maybe for days on each release, while installing the LP is matter of 5 minutes
Thy fixed the bug that (for the second time after 10041) screwed the Vivaldi window. Probably the most important change, since the last 4/5 builds.
Upgrades don't seem to be upgrades with 10 anymore, so many things are reset back to default, or as they should be known "Microsoft demands settings"
