    same with my thinkpad r61 with windows 7 it's not usable with windows 10 it works perfect

    That's basically true.

    But Win 8, is faster than W7/8.1/and 10.

    If the scope is the speed w8 is the best

    No, I thing on windows 10 there is no stable version and MS don't care about stable on w10 they care only how many people upgrade on windows 10 beta version except ltsb version on Windows 10 they fix some stuff and broke some other on every update. they care more for UWP app from stability.
