The simple things are: I need to be able to send SMS's to customers, friends etc. in Thailand to their Handy's! Here we've to pay service charges to the service provider, like TOT, TRUE, and others. There's no way to send free (not paid) SMS's to others directly, and that also applies to TextNow! For that, I use Skype since 15+ years already with no problems. Even all Skype Calls' and SMS's going via the USA, it's still below 50% of the normal service charge, for calls even much less! Some calls to the USA (include the American online 800')are completely free, as for some other countries.
You don't have to pay any service charges with TEXT NOW because you use wifi Also have sent SMS to China, Japan and many other places in that region.
It seems to be that you didn't understand: I have to send within Thailand! Period! And that cost Service Fee's! Period! As long as I didn't apply for an PAID account in TextNow, it simply refuses to send and receive any message! And the service fees are even more expensive than in Skype! The free TextNow account works only to other TextNow members! I tested that with several friends and all having the same problem, as have! Maybe it works for you, fine, I didn't have a problem with that! It not works for me and my business, simple as that! Therefore, that apps is simply useless for me!
A couple of Win 10 questions. Does anyone know in what File or Files the Start Orb is found ? (Explorer.exe ?) Are they .BMP Files or .PNG Files ? If someone has them, could you post them ?
