I am going to wait patiently for the next PC build. At least, I can have the mind to know what I am testing is not having previously reported issues. Fixing the blocking bug is very crucial to what we are going to receive next. There is a good point in Dona's tweet for the problem to be forestalled before releasing it.
I went back to the Preview Release Builds, at least Windows do not open by themselves and it is stable. If there is only going to be one build in December, I will wait till Jan/Feb to get back into the Fast Ring.
What preview build are you running? You should be aware that preview builds expire and for that simple reason it is always advisable to install the most recent one to avoid nagging notifications. This Preview build 14971 will expire by March 1, 2017. If you are running old one you should by all means need to worry about the expiry date.
It's funny. On the build before this, my Laptop was constantly launching the Solitaire Collection app on it's own and my Desktop was fine. Since upgrading both to the current build, my Laptop is fine and the Desktop launches any one of 4 different apps seemingly at random.

Yes, you are correct on official Redstone 2 will be officially released next year February. But he never stated the Preview Build he installed. I am only explaining the conditions surrounding Preview Builds regarding time of expiration. There's a guy who intended installing a Preview Build that has already expired without knowing it has been. This is more or less a cautionary message.
DAH There won't be a PC Build released until the Upgrade Blocking Bug is fixed and passes internal testing. How ever long that takes.
I guess you can write that now every day; until 13th. 10.0.14972.1000.rs_prerelease.161113-1425 10.0.14973.1000.rs_prerelease.161114-1700 10.0.14974.1000.rs_prerelease.161115-xxxx 10.0.14975.1000.rs_prerelease.161116-1700 10.0.14976.1000.rs_prerelease.161117-xxxx 10.0.14977.1000.rs_prerelease.161118-1823 10.0.14978.1000.rs_prerelease.161119-1719 10.0.14979.1000.rs_prerelease.161121-1700 10.0.14980.1000.rs_prerelease.161122-1700 10.0.14981.1000.rs_prerelease.161123-1700 10.0.14982.1000.rs_prerelease.161128-1700 10.0.14983.1000.rs_prerelease.161129-1700 10.0.14984.1000.rs_prerelease.161130-1742 10.0.14985.1000.rs_prerelease.161201-xxxx 10.0.14986.1000.rs_prerelease.161202-xxxx again... and again... and again...

That is not my argument though. With regard to my previous post prior to your first reply I only posted that message on a cautionary ground. There is no big deal about that
Does anyone now completely installed 14971? I usually get from WU intel driver and Defender updates, but today none of this was, not even an error warning , only -"updates are not required" аnd actual time. Just do not need to be updated to VC Redist 2005/08/10, as always and "turn on NET 3.5" in win components - error occurred while downloading it. It's connected with MS tesing UUP and disconnecting from Friday 02.12.2016 fast/slow rings, or is it my personal bugs?
Interesting...I just tried to run "wumt" (Windows Update MiniTool app to see if there were new drivers and it doesn't list the drivers I hidden from Windows Update, the list is empty but was showing yesterday. Seems like they are doing something.
