I'm testing now: Windows 10 Pro x64 14393. I opt for get Insider Builds. I'll wait 1 day and report results
"Restarting" doesn't display the rotating wheel in this build as in the previous one. I don't know if anybody is experiencing that.
On my Windows 10 Pro x64 14393 test PC: -->Cumulative update... (KB3201845) -->Windows Defender I hope that tomorrow, WU will show me the build.
Wow I just noticed build 14986 created a new Recovery Partition with size 1,96Gb. Inside there is a WinRE.wim with size 980Mb. I think This is what it was doing while showing 0% on Settings for so long.
I always keep 32bit and 64bit VMs installed for these previews, mainly because I want the final early
I had only 22GB free space left on that 3TB drive, so i have to delete the installed VM's after upgrade to be ready for the next batch
I assigned a letter to the Recover Partition but I can't see the contents on Explorer. I finally used 7z as administrator and now I can see the contents of WInRE.wim file.
Similar situation, but I'm using my main C: on SSD, got about 50GB free, doesn't help when games take up 70GB+ each
