Should be 1703 from what I've read, guessing they won't change that until it hits RTM on whatever build that will e. (15xxx I guess seeing how there's not much left of 14xxx and it's planned for release sometime in Q1 next year which gives a few months of potential build releases or how to say.)
I added that update & now have the .1001 build string as you mentioned, sadly it used up another 5GB of free space, after running 'Disk cleanup' I only recovered 300MB (.3GB) of that free space Edit: The CU I installed is KB3206309
Added the CU 2 days ago to the OP The question was if the iso install is timebombed, and the .1000 is the iso install
I would like to hear from anyone else that has had this happen to them. I just reinstalled 14971 on my PC. It ran thru setup 100% and installed as expected. Every time I try to install 14986, setup is Blocked at 12% reboots and rolls back to 14971. To install 14986 I have used Windows Update, .ESD to .ISO, new .ISO released from Microsoft. Same thing every time, setup gets to 12% and stops. Something in 14986 setup has changed since 14971 to block my PC from installing.
