That is absurd to say by someone who appreciates quality UIs. I think it is very lovely and embodied what Microsoft Windows 10 is as an evolving OS.

I was just leaving high school back then, then spent the next few years partying, was back into computers around XP, and still have a bag full of the stupid number of Vista and 7 leaks, my net was so slow by the time I was half way finished downloading one ISO, the next had leaked, those were great days
