As of right now there is no definitive way to do it, at least nothing easily accomplished as of yet. This new update mechanism just throws s**t everywhere, the bulk of what used to be the esd is in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\{insertrandomguidhere}
Okay so we wait. I was going to put it on a USB again and install it on my laptop and other desktop that has last build on it. The windows update takes to long to do.
If you have issues downloading updates and deleting the SoftwareDistribution folder did not work, perform the following: Control Panel --> System and Security --> Troubleshoot common computer problems --> System and Security --> Fix Problems with Windows Update --> Advanced -- Check (Apply repairs automatically) and click on run as Administrator --> Next..
So, the game starts! Install via WU on my Laptop and after the 1. Restart got the error that the update wouldn't work! Laptop restarted and get the next error that windows could not go back to the previous version! the only way I get now to start working, via Advanced Options, is the Reset of the Laptop, which is now by 13%! Lat see how that will go!
