Does the task bar and all other things like AC and start button stop responding to clicks for anyone else?

When i click on empty the recycle bin - all taskbar icons(not Cortana and Task View) flickering .Why they don't see this? This Fix i'm waiting so bad

In four hours time i've collected 6 UUP folders, created iso's from them, tested adguard's new tool with a base-wim, and you can't install 14986, opt-in at the insider app and get what you want by yourself...?
the only esd missing is enterprise x64 en-us xD in the wzor links do you know if i can upgrade with another one?
