    Great News,
    After Hardware Upgrades (I scraped the onboard NVidia SATA Controller & onboard NVidia graphics) I have successfully upgraded from 14971 to 15014

    Yep this is an issue, I was able to get what I needed done by cntl-alt-delete, taks manager and shut down one of the process...can't remember which...though it still did flash.

    Well my bad for confusing you it was an upgrade from the last insider build 15007 :eek:...I'll edit my original post.
