Did you activate again, did office install, what happened, I thought you had to have activated copy of Windows on one partition and then time bombed Insider Build on another partition

 

I did the Office 2016 install in 1607, all went perfect.
Then I did an upgrade from ISO on a USB to 15025, took about 45 minutes but all is working.
Still activated with digital license.
Office is working perfectly, don't understand why office would not install.

 

So Enthousiast was right as usual oh the shame I feel, lol

What error message are you getting when trying to install it? Did you report it to Feedback Hub?

Well just had to see for myself, so since I'm not insider figured I get ISO from someplace different cause I didn't want to join the club. So long story short to get 15025 ISO went to Winaero then MEGA
dual booted with my OEM Win 10 Pro, and sure enough, activated with a digital licence. So far pretty nice, I was a Insider when it first started and you had way back had to have a Insider version on to put a new one on, is that still the case, it isn't for the one I got but that may be because I did not get it from MS, I'm asking

 

I was afraid if it had anything to do with MS and be not being Insider, it would not work as I had no Insider build on, do you still need one on?

 

No It is same if you get it from MS.
My new laptop is not and has never been on Insider.
