My fault I didn't notice before that you mentioned you got it from Winaero. As that site uses official Microsoft links if Microsoft has the iso available.

MS sealing the deal with RS2 , just fixing bugs and waiting to Release date
the next version might be few refreshes before RS2 RTM

Since 14393 is the last of the RS1, 10525 is unlikely to be RS2, who released it? you probably mean 15025..

I had that same experience when I installed Windows 10 for a close friend and I found out That it's the default option. Whenever I do clean install I quickly choose the other choice to do it later. It behaves like Narrator though.
