[DISCUSSION] Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 15031 (PC)

If the information I am getting is correct Redstone 3 should be the one that will likely feature 'Project Neon'. Ultimately, that will be the definition of what Windows 10 UI is going to be all about - a well polished form of Redstone 2 for aesthetic and functional Windows 10.
