Windows Insiders have been running the UUP bits for a while now and are already experiencing the benefits of differential packages as seen in the below.
My question remains: If MS delivers ONLY the bits necessary to upgrade, then how can we create an ISO from those bits? I would expect that we would need a previous install.wim, then integrate those bits offline using dism.
