do you have any idea about the reason why I still can't update to 15046 as an insider on fast ring ? system shows 1493.726 which is weird ! finally dl and installed x64 (KB3213986) then 15046 came in !

It doesn't download that size they used Express UUP deployments the files are genetrated in delta differential way based on current files to reduce download size all the Reference ESDs contents are already expanded, thus more occupied size and more processing as for creating iso of that, like i said the Express UUP support in the script was theoretical maybe some files get removed during upgrade, or something else
no idea how to remove non app packages via pshell, i think you need to use install wim tweak, that's what i did.
Tried via Wumt to download it first, it will create all the links in the database file, but need to be sooo fast to collect what u need, where is no time of that, some files are already expired then.
