    This all looks very weird.
    On VM it could get the update right after installation and sign-on in WIP account.
    If you have always this problem, then stop complaining. You have already told that some of your hardware is not supporting anymore. If it's not supported, it could be excluded from delivering updates through WU service - just like Windows 7 PCs with newer Intel processors excluded.
