    Pretty sure MS goes by Seattle time, meaning it's only like 2pm.

    The ONLY Time that matters is Redmond Time. There is NO other Time
    Just like the Date is shown as year/month/day

    Well they just put this out a while ago .. I    n the past hour, Microsoft released a new cumulative update for Windows 10 Anniversary Update, version 1607. The latest incarnation of Win10 Anniversary Update now stands at 14393.969. My 2 cent in the next three hours maybe just maybe..

    Your time does not matter Only Redmond Time matters. Have you not followed MSFT ? It has always been this way.
