[DISCUSSION] Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 15061 (PC)

Are decrypted ESDs allowed? It isn't homebrew ESDs or something?

If they are allowed, I can change it if you give me some minutes

 

I copied only folders, language pack and the 300mb's ESD of Pro x86 esES

 

Enthousiast are you gay I think so you post unneeded mirror to push your stupid ego I want to customize my iso or windows installation before it is installed.

if we can remove feature pack without damaging windows it is much better and I dont have work after the install.

Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-Optional-Package.cab is called optional so I think we dont need it for converted iso and why adding stuff or install

 

I try to share when I have time to copy all files and upload it. I'll try to be more active

 

Individual os files are the same, whether iso, esd, canonical uup, express uup

the only difference is just the container

you can mix delta UUP folders with canonical esd files, and the result would be the same
it's not homebrew

 

I think new release (Maximum 2) for every year is enough.

 

I have a PC with Education x86 esES and every time I try to update it stops at 99% and I need to restart and start again until it reaches 100%

How can I fix it? Clean install?

Ok, does can fix one update from a build to another newer. But in the next update it stops again at 99% and I need to repeat all the process

 

You should reboot manually and see if that forestalls the issue.

 

I do it every time it stops at 99% and after the restart, it continues

 

In that case you need to wait for while so that the whole process can be completed(I usually suggest 5 to 6 hours wait) because something of this nature has a lot to do with the usual Upgrade Optimization process issue prevalent to recent Build versions. If you can't wait that long you would need to do an in-place upgrade or simply do a clean install.

 

After restarts, it continues as normal. I'll do a clean install for see if it can be fixed

 

Feels a little faster than 15058 in ingame movement speed(not max run velocity thats code capped I mean juke speed lower latency responsiveness and also feels like it accelerates to that movement faster) not FPS increase(havent tested that would be minimal anyway). Even tested this in a game with no game mode(really thats just a low fps increase or a hedge against game lag which is still nice but way below what I envisioned for game mode when I suggested it to Mark Russonivich 10 years ago. I told them to do like a Black Viper tweaked mode too(this is still better than game mode but it breaks apps from installing so you have to switch back to safe or stock service config to service apps). No need to go back to 15058 15061 is a little faster maybe not so much in the OS or the menus infact it feels a smidge slower there but that could just be me being used the step up in 15058. 15061 feels cleaner tho like the graphics and everything seem to ebb and flow more smoothly.

 

Strange I thought 15060 was snappier than 15061, who knows
