Now somebody gets my point! This is just a pre-release Build. It is not actually RS3 to me.

None that I know of. But, there are websites online presenting this pre-release Build as RS3. Simply googling on this very Build will load up sites calling it Redstone 3.

It's a pre_release of RS3. What others sites call it is not part of this thread.

Well, it is a pre-release to RS3 meaning it is not RS3. Like preparing the ground to pave the way for Redstone 3. Seriously, it is still much of Redstone 2 to me until the Redstone 3 session begins properly.

This is serious? From the creators of "15063 is not RS2" we have now... "16170 is not RS3!!!" What is this build then? The final version of RS4? Mother of god...

RS2½ will be cumulatives updates for 15063 without watermark. 16170 is the beginning of RS3. I remeber that we had the rs_prelease branch in almost all RS2 builds before we started getting the final ones via rs2_release

The first to be called rs2_release, I think, was 10.0.15031.0 (rs2_release.170204-1546).

With the way Groove Music is going I think it can take on Spotify and other famous streaming music platforms(my idea on music streaming is based on free ones I have used in the past - I am not a fan of Spotify though) in the future. It has grown from a mere player to player streaming music in Build 16170. Even better is the feature to keep local and cloud songs which is more favourable in comparison.

The problem with Groove is that it is available in very few markets, here in Latin America it is only available in 3 or 4 countries and you have to change regions if you want to access all its services, that is absurd, I don't want to change region in my PC or tablet.

There it is. Because it isn't to you doesn't make it not that to everybody else and it doesn't make it a fact. 16170 is Redstone 3. You can't just go around calling this Redstone 2 "because it feels like Redstone 2". That is extremely subjective and raises the question where to draw the line between different versions of Windows. You can say that about every build. Either way, these many websites that call 16170 "Redstone 3" are right, this is a Redstone 3-build, stop denying it.

Ok. Let's agree to disagree. It is a 'pre-release'. We can now discuss about other important related issues or topics.

Agreed, as I felt certain they'd name it after me, "Almost Bond, James Almost Bond," and "JB 1,2,3", etc. ad infinitum. Ah, yes, a rose by any other name smells just as ...? (forgot the rest of it)...?...;)

Seriously, what's in a name, eh? I much prefer build #.

All my attempts to create an iso with these files using either the 8.z or 7.z converter fail with the same error:

You have to extract amd64_en-us to the same folder as you've extracted the amd64_main_en-us to be able to run it.

So...I have to install both of these into the UUP folder, starting with main and then going to en-us, for everything to work properly? Thanks, if I have it right *this time*...;)
