Major install problem with this build. Once it restarts I see the % going up until about 32% then the screens go black and nothing happens. Lots of disk activity but nothing. have to restart manually and it does the same thing. on third restart system does a repair and I have to go back to 16170

Found another windows 10 partition (same computer) that I had completely forgot because it isn't present on the boot options and decided to upgrade it for the sake of comparison. The size of the downloaded files before restart as follow: This partition went from 15014 to 16176 in 1h20m so, even though still a long time but a lot better and with a lot more work than the first one (I reported early).
