Microsoft is working on a new File Explorer with Tabs etc. An early version is hidden in 16188, but I forget how to turn it on.
Just reinstalled everything and I still can't launch control panel. Weird... Also tried creating new account and launch it in safe mode, but nothing works.
Crash all the time on Outlook.exe and Office Outlook, so for me there is NO EMAIL. even set safe and it will not hold, and passwords it ask every time, and fails crash before I can enter more than 1 pass, even default fails.
Why do you run an insider preview edition on your mainsystem? When you signed up to the IP's MSFT warned to have recent backups and be prepared to do a re-install when troubles appear.

Enabled Administrator account and logged in using it, then control panel works fine. Any ideas what could be wrong, i'm completely clueless.
There is an empty Assembly directory ( in local drive C ) in this build. What is that for? I am curious to know.
