Looks like someone at Microsoft screwed up big time and released wrong Builds. Both Builds compiled 31 May. If you download either Build, keep it as a Microsoft Screw up. Many people are reporting the new Mobile Build has Bricked their Mobile Phone. Looks like this was pushed out to all Win 10 Phones. Do Not Install This Build.
Nice job though. They want people to start converting hexadecimal to decimal for the Build number. I don't need to stress myself than just simply use the hex to decimal convert table - base 16 to base 10 - knowing fully well where figure end at 9 the alphabet starts for hex. 0X3F4B = 16203
Happy Anniversary Dona!!.... What a surprise! Instead of celebrate it with a build, they release by mistake something and tell people in Mobile to skip the update when they are already stucked in a reboot loop...
Dona is writing the blog post right now. New build should be available in the next hours. I hope this is the build with the new features for WSL. I can't wait to try installing Fedora and SUSE at the same time from the Microsoft store!

This is getting interest for the mix-up for mobile release Build. I hope we aren't going to have the same experience with the PC Build.
