    No dism hung at 88.7% and I could not find that post on the fix.

    DISM hung? You mean the command you used dism with? What DISM command did you run?

    That was a problem on 15063, that is already fixed for the official build, but the post for the "fix" was by MonarchX iirc and not on an Insider Build. On insiders it's mostly by design, but you can always try.

    I have done it on a couple of insider builds and I think it was because insider builds didn't work that he cracked it.Now its been a long time between builds and I've forgotten how.

    Mine failed with 0x80070057
    Run troubleshooter, sfc /scannow, detect no error.
    Dism...restorehealth run to 98.3% stop with error 0x800f081f

    Back to 16199 french version.
