It's a good build. I like the changes they made especially the Start Menu and Action Center fluent design.
This build is pretty to look at with it's Fluent Design touches but it is a bugged mess from which I almost did not recover and almost tempted to throw my $3000 PC against the wall out of anger. This was an all-nighter to recover!
HaHaHa yes I can laugh now with you. I was crying a few hours ago seriously. This is the first build that ever in the history of being an Insider that almost did me in.
Maybe you try to run the Upgrade in Safe Mode! That's how it worked on my Laptop, also using a Samsung SSD drive!
Lots of people seem to be having trouble installing this build--but fortunately it was a smooth process for me in upgrading to 16215 from 16199. The first bug I encountered is that my start-menu transparency isn't working.
I try 3 times today and try UUP>ISO converter v11 and decrypt-multi-release. last build i have to use decrypt-multi-release and the bluescreen gone but with new build it dont work.
OK Tried turning off Rapid Mode but it didn't make any difference. So far nothing has worked to get me past this build.
I used v10 to create an ISO which was fed to Rufus giving me a bootable USB that I was able to do a clean install with.
last build I used an older build than v10 because it fixed the problem but this build dont work today.
