[DISCUSSION] Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 16215 (PC)

I don't like it too, it's too much "blurry", I'd prefer a lesser blurry, but out of curiosity, what are you calling an "original blur"?

 

I don't know if I express myself well, I mean the blur that always had the action center and the start menu, the one that appears to the left in the image that I put in my comment.

 

i get this error then i Clean install in last windows insider what is wrong? i have test to install Swedish iso and English iso it's same error.

 

Finally this build healed my previous installation (16199) with problem in start menu etc. and windows update stucked. To be honest to successful install it I had to remove the last nvidia driver 342.01.
Now it runs smoothly and fast and until now no evident bugs

 

wont let me change the lockscreen in this build

 

Just close the error windows and continue with install.

 

I don't know why but my Store Apps are outdated and updates don't appear. For example the latest Store app version is: 11705.1001.16.0 mine is 11703.1001.45.0 . Same goes with the Photos\Groove\Movie apps , I remember they had the new design. Nothing helps. Tried troubleshooting , different windows accounts, did some clean installs (for other reasons) , deleted SoftwareDistribution folder ,tried re-registering Store app, nothing helps.... (Fast Ring)... What else can I do?

 

I got one of this error too. I don't care. I continuing install.

I uninstalled Samsung Magician but still can't update to the new build.

 

wow this build is awesome! no issues but as always same tweaks lol
Edit: I'm wrong some games doens't works same in compabitily mode so downgrading to Creators Update however in overal is excelent build fast as hell and solid also

 

Hahaha... I am only having issue with my system waking up from hibernation in this Build. Apart from that there is no bigger issue found yet.

 

At first I had problems upgrading to this insider build from 15063. Kept getting some BSOD boot error during it last phrase of upgrading. Then I chose Wipe Everything and upgraded with no problems. Also Avast Antivirus won't install on this build and Windows Updates is missing from Group Policy on Pro edition. As I prefer to disable updates so I can check manually. Now about acrylic theme I'm hoping Microsoft got plans to increase to system wide including Explorer.

 

If anyone is looking for a fix for the Inacessible Boot Device BSOD make sure to:

Uninstall any partition backup software (Acronis, Macrium, Easus TODO, ect)
Uninstall Antivirus and make sure to run the removal tool
Uninstall Partition management software

After doing this I got both my PCs to upgrade from 16199 to 16215

 

Setting any custom DPI on this build messes up windows such as Firefox and Explorer while Modern apps works fine. Never had this problem before.

 

I found out more that HDMI doesn't work for this build on my laptop. My laptop has 2 graphics. Intel HD Graphics 4600 & NVIDIA GeForce GTX 850M. The Intel is the one having problems it control panel won't open

 

Normally I leave all those intact and just disable my anti-virus. Normally upgrades works.

 

Welcome screen stuck on boot. After reboot it works.

 

Still need to update my test system (Laptop) to 16215 from 2 builds before, never failed 1 build to install as of begin insider previews, so hope this one will be installed fine to.
