After retry 3 times, it keeps saying that there were an error.//Stops at 2% downloaded .net Framework 3.5 and 4 disabled. :/
Well I couldn't upgrade to 16215 and it tried again today, well I used troubleshoot for windows update and it got rid of 16215 and 16226 started to download and install but now 16226 wont install and am back to 16199...come on MS sort this out and if it wont upgrade (or any other fault) then in 2017 be clever and give us what we all wanted from win XP and that is a sensible specific answer WHY and not a gobbledygook general answer.
The same in here for the 64 bit, the 32 bit upgraded fine. I will perform a Disk Cleanup, download again and start again to see if it will work.
