That is what I have been trying to say. Microsoft supplies generic Drivers for Win 10. It is not Microsoft's fault if you can't upgrade from Creators Update to Fall Creators Update because Hardware maker doesn't update Drivers and you get Driver Error during install.
Suddenly this is a silly question but why in Buildfeed doesn't appear any build of rs3_release? Perhaps when Microsoft releases the build simply changes its string and sends it to some rs_prerelease and others rs3_release? And if so, I don't understand why some people refer to rs_prerelease as "rs4", it's the same rs3_release with early acces to inbox app updates, it will be "rs4" when launching different builds for Skip ahead.
They should't until new official WDK will be released. They are not insiders and hadn't to follow any changes MS implement in test builds.
