    It seems that in this build when user is logged in automatically (the only user in system without password), it is done in background and you have to click "Sign In" to get to the desktop. Tested in both rs3_release and rs_prerelease. It's kinda annoying.

    It seems you need to be on 16241 first to be able to get 16251.

    its not final duno why cos all the .0 was final
    maybe there few things to be check and the final will be with .2 for example

    Yeahh... this disaster has been going for for at least 3 -5 builds. I personally convert right away the UUP to ISO and upgrade it manually ...

    this build feels a lot more stable, lets see in a few days when bugs begin to crawl out;)

    Same here. I wanted to get my PC, from the Creators Update, onto the Fast Ring (the "more stable" one), but I had to update to 16241 first. It's updating to 16251 now.
