Windows always shows what the CPU tag info is for a CPU not the overclock speed. Mine always showed the turbo speed of 3.7 but the CPU is running at 4.5. Benchmark test show 4.5
Something must be wrong... Mine is 50Mb and I downloaded from cloud.mail.ru in less than 20 minutes, I don't remember exactly but I think it was 15 or 17 minutes, using IDM.
well i can surf the web open pages at lightning speeds....but the d\l links that been posted are real slow....
No new lock screen images in this build, MS actually removed one of the new ones that were in b16251 (the goose landing in lake) The build I'm referring to, image from registry/current version, not sure if same in .rs3 build
According to a response from Brandon Leblanc on Twitter, supposedly Skip Ahead would not be affected by that issue with app flighting, but I just received an update for the Photos app and I lost all video editing options.
My understanding is that there is .esd file(over 400 MB in size) always included in the UUPs. If you can locate that you can locate all other files associating with the UUPs. That is what I am trying to point out initially.
