Neither.
It is the first rs_prerelease of what will become RS4. Many people will refer to it as RS4, but technically it is not.

Im pulling my hair out lol, I extracted the decrypter then extracted both rar files main and en-us to the extracted decrypter directory than ran decrypt-ESD than pasted in Core_en-us.esd, then the decypter utility disappears, this is confusing on how to make a Home ISO for Workstation

Seems you're using ESD>>ISO instead of UUP>>ISO .
