10.0.16286.1000 -- September 6 10.0.16285.1000 10.0.16284.1000 10.0.16283.1000 10.0.16282.1000 10.0.16281.1000 -- August 29 They're micro building (no sudden leap or bounds) and patch fixing near daily. We can expect an RTM soon. It would be easy to say 16286 was the RTM (just as we could any build after it), but Microsoft sometimes makes a minor change for the release, without changing the build number. You really cannot be 100% certain until it really is released.
OK. Next new build date table prediction for windows 10 rs3 rtm will be without Saturday "probably no" and range +1, but with Saturday "probably yes" and range -1.
I'm impressed by your finding. have looked through the files of 16353 and have found references on ARM, ARM64 in the file SFLISTRS1.DAT and serverarm64 in product.ini. And now it seems STRANGE that MS haven't mentioned a word about support of the ARM-architecture even for the Pro - edition in the comments to the last two builds.
