I actually do like the theory that 16300 will be the actual RTM. If only cause it has a nice round number. --- I guess we will have to wait and see.
RS2 RTM 25 days before oficial GA. RS3 RTM 25 days before oficial GA = 22. 9. 2017 Zac does not count Saturdays (first tip 16298, 9. 9. 2017 Saturdays build => second tip 16299, ... and Saturdays 16. 9. will be build?). My prediction table Saturdays build probably yes and range with no, for 22. 9. 2017 is build 16300 - 16299 and probably 16300.

I wouldn't trust any build number guessing or date prediction. Just because the last RTM was compiled 25 days before GA doesn't mean this is likely to be true this time. Nonetheless, this is my two-cents-theory: I guess the deadline for the whole RS3 project is the end of September. Since "the entire team" will be in Orlando for Ignite next week, I suspect there is a high probability that RTM is signed off until the end of this week. Makes sense from a PMs perspective (more or less).
im in hyper-v im not sure how this works ...something sharing settings proper game settings...im not good in trasnlate or english so i can translate it properly..
