But you have the problem only after installation of windows and when you uninstall these apps you don't get them until next installation of windows.
The problem always happens to me, no matter if it installs or updates the system, junk application uninstallation everyday and every day they are coming back
The only way now to block those junk apps from coming back daily is by blocking the execution of: Code: C:\Windows\System32\backgroundTaskHost.exe specifically (and only blocking) the loading of the module: C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\ContentDeliveryManager.Background.dll Winaero Tweaker and others no longer work on 1709 (RS3). However, using any application whitelisting software to block that executable from loading that specific DLL module works consistently everytime.
