Few things I learnt 1. Install Windows 10 (any edition) offline. That means unplug LAN cable/do not join any wifi network during OOBE. Create a local user profile. 2. Install .net Framework 3. Install drivers like GPU or Audio (which are big in size and you don't want Windows to waste time and bandwidth downloading them from WU) 4. Unpin all blank tiles from start. (This makes sure that bloatware like candy crush/soda saga do not install.) 5. Install any available CU or updates 6. Powershell to remove unwanted apps 7. Finally plug the LAN cable or connect to wifi network. 8. Run Windows Update and let it download the remaining missing drivers. These steps must have saved me countless GBs of bandwidth after each fresh install.

Get the program IOBit Uninstaller, then once installed click on Windows Apps on the left side, then select to ones you want to remove. Then click uninstall. Make sure on the next page there is a check in the box "Automatically remove residual files" then click uninstall All done and all gone
