only microsoft knows be honest is first microsoft will be release something like this.. its something like rtm build 16299 + ZDP = 16299.2 probably
What a messy release! Maybe they set up something inside Windows for remove watermark in a few days because think about OEM PCs at the first startup and a guy that doesn't have internet but needs the PC and he starts the PC and it says Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview, what'll he do if he's a normal user? He'll be worried. It's just a guess but I hope they'll release a clean build without watermark
If that is correct, it never happened that way, all previously released official builds were free of the watermark, expiration date and insider preview nagging. If this is the build that will be released as ISO (16299.0), how would it work for the OEM's?
In a previous response that he gave me (but he already deleted) he says it will be released as a full build:
but still build 16299 and build 16299.2 im 100% sure is 2 diffrent builds ...which also mean in .2 shouldn't dont have watermark.if ofcorse is .2 in the end is just numbers..
Zac Bowden has been proven over and over to know nothing. Take whatever he says with a large grain of salt.
I do believe that he has reliable sources in Microsoft, several times he has published exclusive articles about Microsoft stuff that no one has published before, in Windows Central and before in onMSFT (formely known as Winbeta), the last of them was something about Andromeda, it is the same as Jez Corden that publishes exclusive things about Xbox in Windows Central, obviously, like every human being, he can be wrong, let's wait and see if this time he's right, if you have some kind of animosity to him is not my problem, sorry.
Buildfeed being on 16299.x for a week now, it wouldn't be so difficult to guess what MSFT will bring to the table, but it would be a first that they release 2 builds with the same major buildnr and different delta build nrs.
No, he is good at following social media feeds and when something happens to pop-up; he is quicker than most to pass on that information which makes him "look like" one of the 1st (usually before mainstream media picks it), giving the illusion that he has sources. The other 1/2 of the time he makes wild guesses and more than 1/2 of those he gets wrong, then removes most of the evidence that he even made such a guess (his deleted tweet is more proof of that ). You are not wrong if you actually have credible sources, as Zac Bowden keeps claiming he has, and yet he is wrong a lot (most of the time). He is at best a social media presence which is good at getting attention.
One of the reasons I thought Zac Bowden "knew something" the day he published this tweet was because one of the people who gave like to that tweet was Jen Gentleman, the tweet is from September 18th, not yesterday. These are my opinions and as I respect those of others, I also hope that others respect mine, if someone does not like something I post here, they can simply add me to the list of ignored, I will start doing the same, I think I am not breaking any rules of the forum with my comments.
I am not staff, so it is not my job to enforce any rules and as a member, I do not believe there are any rules against having a difference of opinion. --- So no, you and I are not breaking any rules for having a difference of an opinion. Having a difference of opinion does not mean I or anyone else here dislikes you or means to disrespect you. I surely do not mean to do so. --- I do not understand why you would feel having a difference of an opinion would mean that. People like tweets for different reasons. --- A "like" does not guarantee it as an agreement or an endorsement. cc: @Yen @ancestor(v) @Daz
I was surprised to learn that it loads YouTube faster than Google Chrome. --- Think about that for a moment. Google owns YouTube and Chome, yet Firefox works better on their site. This is the Firefox browser everyone has been waiting for.
If 16299.x will be the RTM. The roles of Windows NT 10.0.16299.0 and Windows NT 6.1.7600.16384 are consistent. Because Windows 7‘s RTM is Windows NT 6.1.7600.16385.
Please explain how that is consistent because I see no consistency there. Spoiler Or was that your point. -- The pure randomness is the consistency from Microsoft
