    The expiration date and watermark not there before reboot also happened when 1703 was about to be released. And it happened last week too on rs3_release builds.

    TIP: first reboot before claiming stuff ;):D

    I'm OK with 2 new releases per year and thus 2 formats per year. I love that W10 has become fast-paced in terms of updates AND features. W10 will keep getting better and better. The only thing I hate is they haven't released 1709 in September. xD

    A security anti-malware/anti-virus company that protect people from getting infected, does hacked and infected its own users. Such an irony. Love to see Avast users reaction on this tho.. Anyway, this is out of subject.

    Hey at least on AdGuard's UUP dump site I can now see
    Windows 10 Insider Preview 16299.0 (rs3_release) [arm64] I think it's was not available previously?
    I am downloading again.
    Edit: Seams no different yet. No "newer" 16299 is available.
