Everyone says something. Some today, some this week, some of them max. next week. But as far as we know and get until know, It seems we will get final build next week or other week. I don't think any new builds comes up (without watermark, timebomb and insider) until next week. It doesn't matter if 1709 is out in 10th month or this. Hope I am wrong
No new build until Monday/Tuesday. They'll post the RTM build next week. They need time for send the image to OEMs for new PCs so that's my bet
Maybe this Maybe the final build was already released, as another user already said, they could remove the watermark and the expiration date with a cumulative update, it is something that has not happened before but, there is always a first time for everything ...I'm just speculating and giving my opinion, I can be totally wrong and from here to the other week appear more builds, who knows.
I don't want RTM build that "remove the watermark and the expiration date with a cumulative update". If any bug will be, it could bring back the watermark and the expiration date.
Been nearly a week since this was compiled, chances are RTM is done and just holding it for whatever reason (event?) or that it will get done tomorrow to stay in September.
Umm, I haven't experienced any of those things on build 16299. Those all sound like something a clean install would clear up. Can't comment on the Edge Searchghistory, I don't use that function. Also I had the Settings taking a long time to open or not opening at all on one of the more recent builds, but do not experience it on 16299.
I would point the finger at Apple before MS if it were me. Apple has always purposely designed the iTunes Windows app to be a massively bloated piece of software that runs like putrid dogs*** in a vain attempt to discredit the Windows OS.
