I will be applying this build to the newest of my notebooks - an ASUS X54C (it's the only Core-i among my Insider stock - no, the desktop is not one) - it will also be a clean install.
Dl & installed using WU after install restart @ the "Working on Updates" part there is a new motion box that shows its working on the update. Also after the install the default lock screen w/ the birds w/ huge bills I received 2 messages on the screen w/ MS comments on the birds & bills. 2 new things I noticed...
There is a link to click to upvote but it gives an error - "Error establishing a database connection"
I upvoted it in the feedback hub as requested. poster says: "Appears to be cosmetic in nature and had no effect on the completion of the install."
I just received an email from the Windows insider program where they let me know that soon I will receive news about " incredible updates and various announcements", also warns me that tomorrow the conditions of the insider program agreement will be modified, in the mail there is a link to see those new conditions but it still doesn't work.
did you get yours installed? i tried twice already, but have gotten the error each time. do you think a manual install rather than windows update would work?

Anyone know if this change will roll out to Fall Creators Update (RS3)? We fixed the issue where USBhub.sys was causing spontaneous reboots due to bugchecks (GSOD).
@Aty I've also noticed the name change but missed the existence of OEM:SLP channel. What do you mean by "It is known that SLIC 2.4 cannot be activated." - have you tried against one?
Firstly I had the same problem with this build as I'd with build 16288 and that was solved on the same time, means the downloading of the UUD Files started for both Builds at the same time on 2 computers. Now I'm on testing both machines to see, all is working fine. The first difference I found, was that the IP of the 16362 Build has kept it's static IP for Network, while on the 16288 Build, that was changed to an auto assigned IP! Secondly, in File Manager (Explorer), except for one, all other settings were kept as well, which are not the case in the other Build 16288! Have to look further and check! Till now, everything works just fine.
I tried to use the generated key and Fujitsu SLIC 2.4 activation ServerRdsh. But in the end it failed. He may need an SLIC 2.5 or other method?
