doesn't msft have acknowledged there are problems releasing this builld? So, most likely your download wasn't complete.
Redownload with latest version of UUP dump or UUPDL. Microsoft has changed slightly names of files and older versions download incomplete sets.

Good day to all... Have managed to download using UUPDL version 0.10.11 UUPs for 170100 EN US X86 and made ISO without problems but EN US X64 still a no go. Is it still unavailable? Or there is a trick way to download it? Tks for reply! JCC2
My en-gb x86 tablet on fast ring build 16299 updated to this quite happily at the first attempt, whereas the x64 pc failed repeatedly. Using the latest UUP downloader & iso creator I was able to build an iso and upgrade the PC from that.

What is name of Folder you downloaded from WZor ? You need a UUP to ISO Tool to make ISO. Tool has a Read-Me.txt File on how to use. Look on OP for Tool download
It may be related to me having Kaspersky Total Security installed, but installation crashed around 40% with "Driver IRQL less or equal" error for this build. Anyone else?
