Normally that Reset Button is part of the case. If your didn't has one, you could simulate one! To do that, open the BIOS and set under Power Option the machine to auto-restart in case of power loss. If the PSU has a switch for to set computer On and Off, use that to shortly Off and directly On again, after you set the BIOS to auto-restart in case of Power loss!! Or just disconnect and connect again the Power Cable! Not sure that will work, it does for me, so it's a try to check!
I have a problem whereby I have to click on the Settings icon twice to get the menu screen to come up. Just once and the Blue Screen shows up, then hit it again then the menu icons appear. Never has happened before..
the problem is not your cpu is your mobo must likely the BIOS if dell has no update u pretty much stuck....u can try a few things inside bios setup like disable the nic and sound card if u can do it and see if the install goes throw. or wait for the next release and see if u can install it....but dont count on MS u send a fix their not in the business of older HW they want u to buy their surfaces.... now that been said send your report to their insider board and pray win10 devs build some kind work around.
I am skipping through these initial RS4 builds. I will jump in when we get to see the leaked blur effects in setings app. I am glad MS is bring back Aero like blur. Even if t is some crappy acrylic effect, I will still take it.
