    Guess whats still broken, thats right AMD CPUs wont install this build they just get stuck at the windows logo!

    Don't be surprised. Windows 10 has all the times bugs. Some of them you can live with them.

    I think they broken somehow the legacy boot in 17040 and 17046, and thats why it stuck in Windows Logo after restart and error is 0xc1900101 which is related with SAFE_OS, but legacy boot does not use UEFI so it means they broken something related with boot and Windows try to load UEFI where is not UEFI and then stuck, just guessing anyway.

    Legacy boot is all I have, and I have no problems with this build.

    maybe it happens in few mainboards ? no idea what other reason could be causing the issue.

    UEFI seems is not affected, but legacy is affected in few mainboards.

    Hi All

    I updated to windows 10-17046 version.
    Now i cannot install System Mechanic or Advanced System care.
    Any suggetions/

    Don't install them; they are not needed. No one needs any tune up or system care programs; they don't do any good...

    I have a Phenom II system too (its a Phenom II x4 940) and it runs fine on that, The one Im having issues with is a AMD Athlon X2 5600+

    I can't install this build in AMD Sempron 145 CPU and ASROCK N68C GS-FX Mainboard.

    Isn't that an oldie? Maybe stopped supporting old AMD's like old P4's?
