I cannot install and boot without disabling Intel Vt-d so this problem is not solved.

Test box hardware, the motherboard an older Gigabyte EP45UD3L F9 bios, C2D @3.16GHz with 4GB DDR2 memory with ATI Radeon HD-4850 (GDDR3 256) before AMD specs. Anyway, still had to boot from DVD, using USB drive throws out an error message "partition not found blah blah blah blah" just saying... Doing an "online clean install" versus my usual without cable attached install.

    0.12.29_ 3.62 UUP dump v1.22

use Enthousiast idea fix and swap the install.wim from 17074.1002 into 17046.1000 sources folder or before it release then install.

Thank you cuteee for advice & links, also thanks foo3495 for the reply yup that would work read that before from Enthousiast, for the time being i used the DVD for convenience. I've always used Rufus in the past it's my go to. That being said Using the partition scheme "MBR for bios or uefi-csm" File system: "NTFS"
next time i will try Fat32. Thanks again for the replies. I'm building on Windows 7 btw, I was sure it was block related why i couldn't succeed, so thought being partially fixed with this build would allow me to do it my usuall way.

Does onedrive work for anyone on this build. I clean installed this build from UUP dump and found out it missing onedrive.exe.

I haven't had a OneDrive installed on clean installs of these last few builds: 17063, 17047, and 17047.1002
On 17063, I eventually reverted to 17046, then upgraded to 17063 (and OneDrive survived the upgrade Ok)
On 17047, and 17047.1002 I went to onedrive.live.com and downloaded the OneDrive installer from there
@iFlaX has also suggested downloading OneDrive from the MS Store (but I haven't tried that)

When I said it missing I meant everywhere. Also apparently people been saying that this build had onedrive missing.

onedrive from the store is different to the Windows 10 default Onedrive
