The Bug Bash starts 6 Feb. History shows they release a new somewhat stable Build just for the Bug Bash.
It's not Bloatware, IMHO! It's just, as all other Cloud App too, nothing else as un-secure if used even just for to store data, as long as that service is running on 3.party Servers! The simple fact is, everything that's stored on 3.party servers is never 100% secure and could be used without the knowledge of the owner of that data.
Interestingly for me is, that I could not upgrade to the 17074.1002 from 17074.1000 on the HP Pavilion 20, WU didn't show the 1002 at all! Why does that happen? Not really important for me to use that because I hardly use that machine and could just wait for the next build!
It might happen due to Skip Ahead insider status - I have this case at 17074.1000 but MS informed that at 17074.1002 they fixed this case. Nevertheless I recommend to change Skip Ahead to an ordinarly Fast ring
