My bad, i thought you said "i ended up with onedrive installed" I don't know if it should be installed, i used MRP with the "prevent onedrive to be installed" setting.
Er...? I talked about the latest WU Update 17074 (cuteee by mistake about 17064). And even just now, 17074 isn't available via WU in Thailand, same as a few hour ago! That's why I downloaded the ISO from Wzor! And what way I use, is simply up to myself! Isn't it?!
Yes, all is up to you what you want to use, but when you inform people about the ways to get the 17074 UUP files, it would be polite to mention the original option, the option adguard/wzt copied: UUP by @mkuba50 and UUPDL by @s1ave77.
Update: 17074 installed and working fine !!!! What worked for me: 1. Device Manager / System devices / High precision event timer -> disabled [alone it sorted no effect, anyway I leaved it disabled] 2. BIOS: Extreme Tweaker / Intel Virtualization Tech -> disabled [again, alone it had no effect on installation (stucked at windows logo)] 3. BIOS: Advanced / Intel VT-d -> disabled [and this was the game changer... after a reboot I started the update from iso in windows 17035 and everything went well!]
Did you do a clean install, and without an internet connection? I've notice onedrive is not installed if that's the case. Otherwise i think you can just download onedrive from the store.
Interesting thought that Yes, it was a clean install My internet connection is 200Meg Cable and my pc has a (Gigabit) Intel I219-V nic I was certainly internet-connected before install, and I was also internet-connected after install But I wonder if there's a problem with the NIC driver that setup uses ? I also saw that OneDrive is in the Store, but I'm not sure if the Store OneDrive is the same as the one from the build ?
you have to disable Virtualization or HPET (depending of your mainboard), for example in my case the trick is only disabling HPET.
Done tks, I can not disable HPET on bios, but disabling Intel VT-d did the trick Now the problem is 17040 broke my Hauppauge TV Tuner
@users, who have installed the 32bit variant of Build 17074 (OS language and Image model doesn't matter): Since I am working on mod+signed Intel RAID drivers, I am very interested in the new in-box 32bit Intel RAID driver 15.44.0.1006, which is located within this subfolder: C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\iastorav.inf_ntx86_0a8108f3ce47998a There are just 2 small sized files in it. Please send me a PM with the link or attach the 2 files as *.RAR or *.ZIP archive. Thanks in advance! Fernando
